Travis Shimanek

Travis Shimanek graduated from nursing school in 2012, working as a trauma and emergency nurse until transitioning into the legal field in 2019. Graduating from UNM SOL in 2021 a semester early, he passed the bar a few weeks after the birth of his third child. Travis’ practice has mainly focused on representing injured individuals, both in civil litigation and workers compensations matters, and now has expanded into family law and other general civil litigation practice. With his extensive healthcare background, he is able to understand and navigate the complex nuances of personal injury and workers compensation representation. When he’s not in the office, he’s spending time with his wife and three kids exploring all Montana and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
