Nicole F. Morton

Nicole is a civil attorney based in Kalispell, Montana. A lifelong resident of the Flathead Valley, she graduated from Glacier High School in 2010 before attending the University of Montana, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Political Science, graduating with High Honors in 2014. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2017.

While in law school, Nicole gained valuable experience through her work with the Montana Office of the State Public Defender and her volunteer service with Montana Legal Services Association, further developing her commitment to effective advocacy and client service.

Nicole is admitted to practice in all Montana state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Montana. She joined Kaufman, Vidal, Hileman & Ellingson, P.C. in 2019. Her practice focuses on estate planning and administration, including estate and probate matters, real estate transactions, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented representation and guiding clients through complex legal processes with clarity and care.

Outside of her legal practice, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and their four daughters.
