His cases have involved claims of Personal Injury and death arising from auto/car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, other motor vehicle collisions, defective products, unsafe products, airplane crashes and bad prescription medication. He has tried over 50 civil jury trials and has appeared in the Montana Supreme Court in over 30 appeals. He has settled multiple cases in excess of $1,000,000.00.

Mr. Hileman has been a member of Kaufman, Vidal, & Hileman, P.C., since 1983. He is a graduate of the University of Montana (B.A. 1979) and the University of Montana School of Law (J.D. 1982.) He is a former law clerk to the Montana Supreme Court. He is an active member of the Montana State Bar, the Northwest Montana Bar Association and the Montana Trial Lawyers Association.
